VtABA is pleased to announce that this year, we will be holding our annual membership meeting on Wednesday, October 19th, the evening before the conference, and we have some exciting plans to share. This year’s annual meeting will feature a new format to include both a report of VTABA activities this past year, as well as our annual awards presentation and some information sharing and discussion time related to recent legislation which impacts BCBAs.

Excitingly, this year in conjunction with the annual meeting, we will also be hosting a data share. At this time, VTABA member will be invited to briefly share some data, programming or outcomes that you think would be of interest or relevant to others who do similar work. These presentations can be brief and informal, but are intended as a way for all of us to share with each other some of the interesting and exciting work that is going on here in Vermont. So, I would like to encourage all of you to be thinking about your work and determining if there is something that you would like to share. It might be an intervention graph, a creative program or intervention you put in place, outcome data from a project you have been involved in, or something else that you think other behavior analysts might be interested in. Think broadly and please consider sharing. In order to appropriately allocate our time, please email us at vtabaorg@gmail.com if you have something to share, so we can put you on the schedule.

Finally, we will be providing hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar at the annual meeting and we hope to provide folks the opportunity to mingle, network and just reconnect with your colleagues in the field of behavior analysis. So please plan to join us from 5:30-8:00 on Wednesday October the 19th and for the day long conference on October 20th.
